Artwork Exchange

Three mailing exchanges of original artwork, journal commentary, and thoughtful discussions later, our Port City Connect project is wrapping up. We hope students and teachers can use this space to continue discussions and connections.
Feel free to post images of your own work from the project, or thoughts you want to pass on to anyone from another class.

Please remember this site is open to the public. Take care when posting images or information.

Looking forward to seeing all the work!

I had a chance to see some of the work from each school in the first mailing, and was fascinated by how each city had it's own approach to representing Home. For some Home meant family, for others it meant location, and for some it meant everything inside our homes.
I'm looking forward to seeing everything when it comes to the Burnaby Art Gallery for documentation. We'll be putting all the work into a virtual exhibition, and sending a DVD of it to everyone.

Great work all!
